I do believe that I have mystical abilities, but not at the level of mind reading. However I do know that what you thought about yesterday, probably crossed your mind the day before and you are probably thinking the same thoughts today. Studies show that about 95 percent of our thoughts are thoughts we’ve already had. Why it happens, how it can be changed and a stock of positive thoughts can be found in the article below.
Why do we think the same thoughts?
There are 3 main reasons for this:
1. It’s easier for your brain to return to them – our brain works in patterns and repeats actions it knows how to do. It is much easier for the brain to repeat past thoughts than to think new ones, especially if it is not done consciously.
2. You have practiced the same thought to the point where you believe it – after thinking the same thought many times our subconscious begins to perceive it as truth. When we believe in a thought, we project it on to several other aspects of our lives. It gains a lot of momentum and returns to our consciousness regularly.
3. Law of attraction – the law of attraction will attract to your mind thoughts that match the frequency you are on. It will not bring you thoughts of blessings if you are usually on a chaotic frequency, rather it will continue to bring you thoughts that are similar to the thoughts you usually think.
How to change negative thoughts?
At any given moment, your mind can only hold one thought. Once you develop awareness of your thoughts and notice a negative thought, you will be able to replace it with a positive one. I recommend preparing a stock of positive thoughts and practicing these thoughts for when you catch a negative thought in your mind.
It is important to remember, changing the nature of our thoughts for the long term takes time, persistence and practice. As soon as you train your brain to think more pleasant thoughts and thereby also raise your frequency, your brain will begin to think more and more pleasant thoughts by itself.
Don’t be angry with yourself if this process takes time. Don’t compare yourself to others and don’t get upset if you’re still not where you want to be. Just set yourself up to feel the best you can at that moment, depending on the moment and where you are. Even if the change is small, your very progress towards more pleasant feelings will help you feel relief and you will move easily and clearly towards good feelings.
A stock of positive thoughts.
Your stock of positive thoughts should match where you are, your life and your beliefs. Everyone reacts to things a little differently, which is also one of the reasons we have so many religions on Earth. So feel free to play with the words until you come up with thoughts that make you feel good. In order to make it easier for you I will attach a number of thoughts that are easy to relate to and I invite you to save the article so that they are always available.
– “Things always work out for my highest good”
– “I am always in the right place at the right time”
– “I am powerful, strong and smart”
– “I give thanks for waking up this morning”
– “I am connected to all of creation”
– “Everything that happens to me is divine”
– “I have the ability to choose how to feel”
– “I have the ability to start over”
– “I deserve the best in the world”
– “I am a blessing to myself and to others”
Many people forget that they have the ability to think thoughts consciously.
Our mind has enormous power if we use it. The easiest way to control this power is by controlling our thoughts. Once we are apprised of and start to be aware of what thoughts we are thinking, we can consciously decide if we like them or not. If not, it is very important to spend the necessary time consciously practicing other thoughts. The more accurate and more consistent our thoughts are with the frequency we want to be on, the more easily and quickly we can get there.
Take advantage of your power and start thinking thoughts consciously and deliberately.
