1. Appreciation-
This is one of the most powerful tools we have. First of all when we give thanks for things we have in our life we automatically connect to our source of abundance and joy. We realize how blessed we are and how much we already have in our lives. It will help you attract more things to your life, but more importantly, at that moment it will make you feel great happiness. Beyond that, our body mostly consists of water. Water is affected and changes its structure according to the frequency projected at it. Once we radiate the appreciative frequency at our body, we can heal our body and change the structure of its molecules. It does not matter to whom you give thanks, whether it is to God, to the universe or to yourself, the effect will be the same. You should create a habit of appreciation for yourself. It can be in the first moment when you open your eyes, while driving or any other free time. The main goal is that you will see how blessed you already are.
2. Meditation-
The life you experience will be the same life. The people you meet during the day will also be the same people, but the way you experience your day, the things that happen to you during that day and the way you interpret them, will be completely different. In addition, during the sports activity you will feel your body alive and functioning and after the training you will feel great satisfaction. Even an outdoor walk or 15 minutes of practice will do the job. Choose the activity that makes you feel the best.
4. Smile without a reason-
We usually smile as a result of feeling good, but when we smile the brain releases a hormone into the body called ‘endorphin’ which causes a feeling of euphoria. It happens regardless of whether the smile is real or fake. If we do not make assumptions, we will not believe the lies we have invented in order to interpret the situation. It is better to listen and ask questions than to make assumptions.
7. Do not take things personally-
If you do not take things personally, you will be immune to lies that are not related to you, even if they are projected in your direction. Every person you come in to contact with will usually slap you with what he is going through in his inner world. If you take everything personally, you will be hurt unnecessarily.
8. Maintain the purity of the word towards yourself-
Our words have great power, especially within our consciousness. Our thoughts create our emotions. If you maintain the purity of the word towards yourself you will not be able to use the power of the word against yourself. You will not believe the lies about yourself and will not tell them in the first place. You are the ones who decide if you are smart or stupid, beautiful or ugly. It does not matter what anyone else says, in the end we are the ones who decide for ourselves. Talk about yourself and in your thoughts in a positive and uplifting way.
But most importantly, love yourself and do not judge yourself if you do not succeed in maintaining happiness. You are here to go on a journey, the destination is not what matters.
