Your Own Guidance System

You came into this body with a perfect guidance system that shows you what is true or not true for you – your emotions.

Your emotions are the perfect indicator of whether what you are thinking or your point of view are in alignment with your true self or not.

You are always connected to your true self – your source, and it always focuses on you. When you are in alignment with it, you feel positive emotions. When you are out of alignment with it, you will feel negative emotions.

It is as simple as that.

Negative emotions don’t mean that something bad has happened, just the opposite, they mean that your source is guiding you and letting you know that the cause of the negative emotions isn’t true and that source does not agree with your thoughts. The negative emotion has come in order for you to understand that there is a gap between you and your source, that you need to close.

Negative emotions show you that your source loves you and that your guidance system is working perfectly.

You really should become happy and excited when they appear. If you ignore the signs and keep thinking the same thoughts that make you feel bad, you will feel even worse. When you ignore, don’t understand or don’t pay attention to your guidance, your source wants to make it clearer and make the emotion stronger.

When you find that you experience a negative emotion, think about what has brought that feeling up and understand that your point of view on this is untrue.

[Maybe you thought that you aren’t worthy. This is absolutely untrue and your source never thinks that way about you. So it lets you know that you are off track.]

When you find the cause, you can see clearly that the reason that you feel bad is because it is not true and shift your thought, belief or point of view to one that makes you feel better [as you are worthy].

When you feel negative emotion, don’t make it even worse and beat yourself up over it, just understand that it is a thought that is untrue and there is no reason to continue believing in it or thinking about it. Your source doesn’t want you to continue to feel bad, it wants you to change your thoughts and believe in one that is true for you.

It may sound hard to change your point of view or thoughts, but they are yours and you have full responsibility for them. When you feel bad, your frequency in low and you attract things that match this frequency instead of what you really want. You just need to choose to shift to what makes you feel better. I am sure that you don’t want to believe in untrue things.

Positive emotions are the proof that you are in the right direction and that what makes you feel good is true.

It means that you are where your source is and that it agrees with you on the thoughts that you have.

Moreover, when you are in alignment with your source, you allow your desire to unfold. You feel wonderful and wonderful things come your way.

Be more sensitive to your emotions and pay attention to your guidance system, it will keep you on your path. Your source wants you to be in alignment with it and calls you back.
